San Andrés Island, is one of the famous place that you have to visit when you come to Colombia. San Andrés is recognized by the beautiful beaches you can find there. You can see the sea with 7 colors that is unique around the world, really beautiful. In San Andrés people speak creole or spanish, but the natives speaks creole. Also the weather is perfect, at  afternoon, the sun shines and at  night it is hot but it is'nt sultriness. You can go there with your family, 

friends or alone and find new friends because of all the tourists there. You can also 

go to the anothers Islands in boat that are close to San Andres, for example Yoniki 

and do some ski or surffing or just stay in the beach and play with the waves. 

I went to San Andrés the last year with some friends, and we go to a boat,  to do the famous "vuelta a la isla", that is another plan that I recommend you to do in your time there. You can although dance the tipical music that the natives dance, Dance Hall and Reggae. In the Boat, there is a teacher that teach you how to dance it, and so you can learn a little  of that espectacular culture. The trip on the boat lasts 2 hours so you can swimm in the sea, stay at the boat and dance or just do some chilling. I recommend you to make that trip beacause there you can see the beautiful sea and also you can learned how to dance like an islander.

Like I said before, in San Andrés you can find many things to do. You can go just to get a tan and enjoy the sunny day. In San Andrés everything is nearby, for example the Hotel is close to the bitch, the shopping center, the restaurant, and the clubs. You can play volleyball or soccer in the sand, or just go running arround the Island. One more thing you can't forget is shopping, in the city there's a lot of space and streets where you can go and find many cuttie things and shipper, because they don´t pay taxes. On a sunny day I suggest a "coco loco"  or a "coco fresa" for the kids if you are traveling with some underages. 

 

But it doesn't end at night, you can go around the Island and see the beautiful city and the sea at this time. There's a lot of restaurants you can visit that are close to the beach and are really delicious. You can buy there whatever you like, some tipical food or just a pizza or meat. In San Andres you can see many teenagers because this Island is recognized for the Prom's Travels and that is the reason beacause San andres at night is open the hole night with the clubs where you drink something and dance. 

There's a big offer of clubs that you can join, like native's clubs with some reggae and dance hall, clubs that only will be salsa or merengue playing and there are crossover clubs where you can dance all kind of music:  merengue, salsa, reggae, reggaeton, dance hall, vallenato with the bigger ammount of tourists. You can go to San Andres, and enjoy a beautiful day at afternoon in the beach, at shopping or just chilling and enjoy the night with some friends at the clubs. However you will find your trip delightful and you will come  back to this beautiful Island in Colombia.
